Method
Carrots are washed and grated. Apples are washed, peeled and planing, also in large pieces grater. In a bowl, salad mixed and seasoned to your taste with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

This is your favorite salad my daughter. Unfortunately not photograph it. The handset's battery had fallen.
I eat it a little differently, but every day - carrots and apples are in a ratio of 1: 1. Do not fiddle with salt and olive oil and becomes sweet salad with cinnamon, lemon and neutral tasting oil - currently use corn germ. Sugar not dobavpm. Incidentally - several times replaced with grated raw carrot pumpkin - it is very tasty! This breakfast already one month and I can only confirm that it is really very useful :)
