Salted layered cake with tuna

Ingredients
6 boiled eggs
200 g feta cheese
125 g butter
250 g canned tuna loins confit
250 g cheese
200 g mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp yogurt
1-2 tsp mustard
pepper
cumin
1 pickle
1 roasted red pepper
1 boiled or sour carrot
10-15 black olives

Method
Peel the eggs and egg whites separated from yolks. In a large shallow bowl cake shred egg whites and pressed by hand to form as a base. On them Grate the feta cheese, enough to cover the egg whites and also pressed. On the feta cheese in the same way Grate half butter (to make it easier is better before grating it to put in the freezer for a while). Fillets of Tuna drained from the sauce tear on a in small pieces and distributed over the butter. Sprinkle with pepper and cumin and cover with remaining grated butter. So shaped cake sprinkled with cheese on all sides and pour the mixture of mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Top sprinkle thickly with grated yolks. Decorate with optional pickles, carrots, peppers, olives. It is necessary to stand in refrigerator at least overnight to set.

I've missed to point out that once flooded with a mixture of milk, mayonnaise and mustard, top grate yolks and only then decorate.

I stole the idea from einjal and decided this time to decorate Christmas. Beard used cheese and hat of roasted pepper.

Super is - swapped oil with mashed potatoes, for dietary :)

Super idea for mashed potatoes! Bonnie, the clock's very stylish! Ours is made of Vesi and this is a bit colorful, but I could not deny her this time she can decorate the cake.
