Sauerkraut with balls

Ingredients
2 red peppers
1 bunch green onions
500 g raw sausage
3 tbsp sunflower oil
800 g sauerkraut
400 ml broth or bouillon cubes 2 and 400 ml water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp red pepper
salt
pepper
1 tbsp fresh marjoram leaves
100 ml cream
Method
Peppers and cabbage finely, the green onion into thin slices. Sausage is pushed from the skin, to form balls. In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the balls. Draw and in the fat from frying put the peppers and green onions. After about 3 minutes, is added sauerkraut. Crushed bouillon cubes, make up water, put the sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Stew for 20 minutes under the lid. Add marjoram leaves and cream, return the marbles in the dish and boil for another 5 minutes. * To go dish of boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. * Careful with the salt.
