Quick pretzels

250 g margarine
250 g feta cheese
500 g flour
1 egg

In the melted margarine add grated feta cheese and flour, kneaded, allowed to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator . The dough is rolled out crust with a thickness of 0.5 cm, smeared with beaten yolk, sprinkle with caraway seeds, cut into pieces and optional form so obtained pretzels bake in a moderate oven.
