Savory muffins with mozzarella and oregano

200 g flour
1 tbsp dry yeast or 25 g fresh
1 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup sunflower oil
200 g feta cheese Mozzarella
sprinkling of dried oregano

Sieve the flour, add salt and mix with yeast, garlic, pepper and sugar. In separate bowl lightly whisk the eggs, mix with the milk and the oil. The liquid mixture was added to a dry, stirred until a homogeneous mass. Add and grated mozzarella and stir again. Forms for muffins are coated with butter or margarine, put it on the mixture to 3/4 of the form dusted with oregano bake at 170 C for half an hour or until browned.

Cool muffins in Italian style. I really liked and I will do them. Increased the flour of 250 g., Because I had mozzarella in brine. I did oregano and savory and put it directly into the mixture. Super suitable for cocktail or a collection, especially if you are in small forms.
