Ingredients
500 g zucchini
2 eggs
100 g cheese
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp flour
3 cloves garlic
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes are grated, salted and left to stand half an hour. Then drain the water and add to the beaten eggs, grated cheese, flour, blend garlic and breadcrumbs. The mixture is stirred well. With spoon scoops of it and pour in a hot Teflon pan in sunflower oil. Schnitzel can be served with a sauce of yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and dill.

I do them with Cheese, but will try and cheese. Also put dill.
