9 egg whites
9 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp caramel

Method
Beat egg whites with sugar on snow and when almost broken, add a thin thread to browning caramel mixture. Spread the form in which it will be baked with caramel and pour mixture shattered. The rule is two minutes of baking egg white. Bake in a water bath, low oven - 180 C

What T bake?
Just like kissing, very delicate mixture. T 180 grams.
Iva, what form-greased with caramel or fat? I guess that fat but still ask :)
Otherwise looks great and easy. Will definitely try this very tasty.
