Milk, baking soda, sugar, flour, cocoa and the walnuts mix thoroughly with a spoon. All pour into greased and floured pan. Bake in a moderate oven. After baking, allow to cool. For the cream the sugar, flour and vanilla, mix and dilute with a little water. The resulting slurries was poured into the milk while stirring to obtain the cream. Spread the cake. Can be sprinkled with chocolate or sugar sticks.
