Shortcake with waffles

Ingredients
4 waffles
3 eggs
250 g sugar
250 g yogurt
350 g flour
1/2 tsp baking soda, baking powder and can
100 g homemade strawberry jam

Method
In the bowl put the separated egg whites and sugar is broken snow and add to the egg yolks. In separate bowl mix milk and soda and add to it grated two waffles, mix well and pour into the bowl with the beaten whites and yolks. Stir with a spoon (not a mixer to not fall egg whites) and finally put the flour. Mix with mixer on the lowest level. Pour into a round baking tray and placed in an oven at 200C for 20-30 minutes. Already baked, the cake is placed in a tray and leave to cool, smeared with jam (best with homemade strawberry jam), and shred the remaining two wafers on top.
