Shrimp in cream

Ingredients
250 g shrimp - cleaned and washed
30 g butter
30 ml cognac
50 ml white wine
pinch of salt
pinch of paprika
pinch of white pepper
2 cloves garlic
200 ml cream
dill
Method
Preparing it for 5 minutes, so at the beginning all products must be prepared in advance. In a hot pan with butter fried shrimp, no more than 1 minute. To put spices, pour in the brandy and flamed. When the fire starts to go out and add the wine after 1 minute - cream and finely chopped garlic. When the sauce thickens, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with chopped dill.
