Snowballs in cream

Ingredients
6 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
fresh strawberries or raspberries for decoration

Method
Egg whites are broken eggs with the salt until they begin to thicken. Continue to beat with powdered sugar until completely thicken. Boil the milk with the sugar, add vanilla and sugar. With spoon scoops of the beaten whites and using a second spoon shaped balls in the shape of an egg, which is placed in the pot of boiling milk. Egg white balls boil 2 minutes from both countries, overturned with a fork. Remove with latticed spoon and leave to drain - finally drained milk is added to milk in the pan and with him strain. Yolks are broken down into a separate container and them trickle stirring continuously, add strained milk. The mixture is put to boil on low heat, not boiling, stirring constantly. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in cream shattered. The resulting cream is poured into a deep and wide dish and cooled. Before serving top put snowballs and decorate with strawberries or raspberries.

I make this recipe with 2 cups milk, 4 tablespoons full crystal sugar, 4 pcs. 1 egg and vanilla. Dessert is really nice and it is not difficult to implement.
