Soda bread with sour cream

Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup chopped herbs
1 tsp basil, dill, marjoram
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Method
Flour mixed with baking soda, olive oil, baking powder and salt. Eggs are broken down with the cream, the milk and spices. Flour mixture is poured into the egg, and beat with a wooden spoon 25 times, no more, until well mixed. Form bread size 20h10 cm was applied using butter, flour slurry was poured in, and is baked in a preheated oven at 200C average grating 50 minutes. Check for readiness by puncture with a stick, the stick must be dry. The finished bread is brown outside, split lengthwise, and another cake inside. Cut into 2cm slices.
