Souffle with peaches

Ingredients
500 g peaches
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup flour
5 tbsp butter
Method
Boil the syrup of sugar and water and placing it peaches, cut into pieces. Thickened syrup and fruit Pour into cake form, greased with butter, topped sent down the following mixture - Stir the butter with powdered sugar, put them on the fire and add the flour and milk. Stirring constantly, until a homogeneous mixture and let it boil. Remove from the fire and add the egg yolks one by one and then the beaten egg whites. Bake soufflé 30 minutes. Dusting it with powdered sugar and Serve.
