Soup artichokes

Ingredients
4 artichokes
120 g onions
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
30 g butter
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
900 ml strong meat broth
120 g macaroni
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese "parmesan"
pepper
salt
Method
Stathe base are cut with a sharp knife, scissors - the tips of the leaves and remove the lower leaves dry. Artichokes are rinsed with cold water, remove the leaves from the middle with colored pistils (be properly removed and the residue is scraped with a fork), the core is cut into thin strips and place them in water slightly acidified with lemon juice. Fry in butter and sunflower oil finely chopped onion, add chopped artichokes, black pepper, salt, pour broth, vazvaryava and stew until the artichokes poluomeknat. Add the pasta and boil until soft. In a separate bowl whisk two eggs with 2 tablespoons grated feta cheese, gradually add the boiling broth, add salt and sprinkle with pepper to taste. The soup is served immediately. Separately served grated feta cheese.
