Soup with chicken curry

Ingredients
400 g chicken breasts
2-3 leeks
2-3 cubes vegetable broth
2 tbsp curry
2 tbsp flour
1/2 lemon
150 g of sour cream or yogurt
pepper
pinch garlic flour
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Method
Chicken breasts cut into small cubes and fry in fat. Curry and flour are blended and added to the chicken cubes while stirring. Immediately thereafter was added and vegetable broth, dissolved in hot water. Boil until the chicken is cleaned and cut into rings leeks, add to the soup and leave a few minutes to boil until soft. Remove the soup from the heat and taste with pepper, a pinch of flour garlic, lemon juice and sour cream / yogurt.
