Soup giblets

Ingredients
500 g giblets
2-3 tbsp butter
1 carrot
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp flour
1/3 cup vermicelli
1 egg
1/2 cup yogurt
lemon juice
salt
pepper

Method
Giblets are washed, cleaned and cut and livers removed. Without giblets livers are flooded with water, add salt and simmer together with the chopped onion until soft. Add noodles, livers and chopped tomatoes. A little later added fat and stew in it grated carrot. Once removed the soup from heat and add the cooked soup thickener made from yogurt, egg, flour and spices.
