Soup spinach

Ingredients
500 g spinach
60 g butter
150 g cream
milk
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
nutmeg
pepper
salt
bakery bites
Method
Clean the spinach is placed in a small amount of boiling salted water and stew until soft, and then compressed. Make a light roux from the butter and flour, add spinach broth, spinach puree and hot milk, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. In the finished soup is put cream. Serve with bread bites.
