Soup turkey meat and cream

Ingredients
500 g of turkey meat
1 onion
1-2 carrots
1-2 potatoes
1 green pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 handful of vermicelli
1 yolk
100 ml cream
Savory
sunflower oil

Method
In a saucepan with 2 liters of water put meat. Once cooked meat is removed and cut into small pieces. Cut the onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers into cubes. The vegetables were added in broth with salt, and added to the meat. Once the boil and add the vegetables and noodles. Make a soup thickener of cream and egg yolk. Finally was added and savory.
