Ingredients
80 g carrots
80 g celery
400 g potatoes
200 g fresh cabbage
2 cup milk
40 g butter
salt
parsley
Soup vegetables, seasoned with fresh milk

Method
In salted water cook the chopped carrots and celery. Add chopped cabbage and potatoes. As tender pouring milk. The soup is seasoned with the butter and parsley.
