Spaghetti with white goose meat sauce

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
3 large tomatoes
2-3 sprigs parsley
2-3 fresh basil leaves
2 onions, chopped
sunflower oil for roux
200 g goose White flesh
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp grated feta cheese Parmesan
black pepper, salt

Method
Boil spaghetti. In a skillet or saucepan fry the onion, add tomatoes, very finely chopped and juice them. Add salt and pepper. Separately fry meat without fat, then put soy sauce. Put it to tomato sauce. Boil until thickened. Then add the basil and parsley. Mix well. Pasta is drained of water, put on a plate, sprinkled generously with sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan.
