Spicy chicken KFC

1 chicken
about 2 liters of vegetable oil (for frying)
1 egg
250 ml milk
200 g flour
2 and 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp sodium glutamate
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp soda
# For the marinade:
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp kosher salt (coarse salt neyodirana but can ordinary )
4 tbsp sodium glutamate
1/8 tbsp garlic powder
1/3 cup chicken bouillon powder
5 cups water

Mix the ingredients and marinate chicken portions for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 185 C. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients crunchy breading. Remove chicken pieces from the marinade and dry with paper towels. Dip a piece of chicken in egg mixture, then flour again in the egg mixture and again in flour. Make sure the meat is covered with plenty of breading. Leave rolled chicken pieces in pan until all the roll. Then fry in preheated oil by placing them one by one into it. 4 fry chicken pieces simultaneously for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Turn them from time to time to fry evenly. When ready, leave them for about 5 minutes on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

from the metro, and may have it in others. large stores ... stand with spices is and is fine crystals :)

You missed to add that put lemon and pepper. This is a mix of spices, which is quite strong so I put a little, but that it gives special flavor. Like smell spices will surely remember. Mix lemon pepper can be found in stores like Kaufland.
