Ingredients
          1 kg chicken
          500 g frozen or fresh spinach
          2 large carrots
          1 green pepper
          5-6 garlic cloves
          1/2 onion
          parsley
          1 pm .ch. Rice
          50 g smoked feta cheese
          200 g peeled canned tomatoes
          spices of your choice
          sunflower oil + 1 tbsp butter

          Method
              Cut the chicken into cubes and fry until golden brown in the butter and the oil and remove it from the fire. Then in the same fat headed onion and scratching precut in small pieces along with other vegetables. Add carrots, peppers, tomatoes and when thickened and put spinach. Let the fire about five minutes and add the washed rice 2 cups advance water again and put the meat. Adulteration of taste and leave on slow fire until the rice is ready. Put the chopped smoked and feta cheese and parsley and ready.
