Spinach soup with rice

Ingredients
500 g spinach
1/3 cup rice
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 cloves garlic
vinegar or lemon juice
salt
Method
Spinach is washed, cleaned and cut into strips. Add salt and stew with a little water in a covered pot with a lid. Once is tender, add rice flour mixed into a little water and the oil. Make hot water and soup boil until tender spinach and rice completely. Serve cold, seasoned with crushed garlic and lemon juice or vinegar to taste.
