Sponge cake with carrots and raisins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 cup grated carrots
50 g melted butter
50 g raisins
3 vanilla
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
Sponge cake with carrots and raisins

Method
Carrots grated and drained. Eggs and sugar beat with a mixer, add the butter, milk (with baking powder extinguished in it) and mix. Add carrots, raisins and flour with vanilla. Pour into a buttered and floured cake form. Bake in a preheated 170 C oven for 50 minutes. Optional, after deduction of the form cake can bake with jam and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
