Sponge cake with starch and walnuts

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup sugar (200 g)
1 cup flour (200 g)
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
60 g starch
150 g chopped walnuts
Method
Eggs are divided into white and yolk, flour through a sieve and added to it the baking powder. Egg yolks and sugar with vanilla beat with a mixer, add to beaten whites of snow and using a wooden spoon to mix everything, gradually add the flour and the walnuts to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Spread cake pan with sunflower oil and flour (to avoid sticking), baked to 180-200 C for 50-60 minutes. While cooling down the cake is prepared as described starch on the back of the packaging means. When ready and cream cake is cut in half in the middle is smeared two middle parts finished with cream and stick. Followed by the rest of the cream is poured around the cake. Serve well chilled.
