Sponge cakecheta hot water

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
100 ml hot water
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla
lemon or orange peel - grated
sweet chocolate - of your choice

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites to snow and gradually add sugar to trickle. Beat whites add the yolks one at a time and continue to mix. Add the oil and hot water, grated orange peel, vanilla. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and dumped in the mixture, stirring. The mixture poured into trays cakes. Add in sweet or chocolate spread of your choice. Put a spoon of the mixture, a little sweet and then spoon the mixture again. Trays filled more than half. If you want to have bigger, you can put more of the mixture will be festering away in baking and swell up. Bake in preheated oven 180-200S while acquire a golden color. By subtracting sprinkled with powdered sugar or coated with glaze of your choice.

From the hot water the eggs will not be tapered? How hot should it be? Paper forms cover you with fat, so far alone rules muffins straight from the form.

Water should not be too hot, but warmer than usual. Paper forms I have not spreadable fat, separated very easily from cupcakes. And until now I did them straight in shape, but because the forms are bushy and then very difficult to clean, is easier with paper shapes.
