Steamed shrimp with brandy

Ingredients
24 prawns
6 tbsp brandy
1 lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
30 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Garlic is cut finely. Shrimp are washed and dried in a napkin. Olive oil and the butter is heated in a large pan, put the garlic and shrimp and confused constantly over high heat for 3-4 minutes, until shrimp turn pink. Add the brandy, salt, pepper and parsley. Serve with a slice of lemon. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
