Steamed vegetables with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
750 g tomatoes or carrots, peas, beans and other vegetables
1 kg potatoes
60 g butter
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Clean and wash 300 g mushrooms. Cut them into strips and put them to stew with 4 tablespoons of butter and a little water. Salt them and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon black pepper. Occasionally valley a little warm water. Wash 750 g red tomatoes, cut them while removing their seed, and fry them with 3-4 tablespoons of butter. Prepare mashed potatoes. Pour it in a ring in a large dish. In the middle of the ring pour mushrooms. Around them forming a thin ring of fried tomatoes and lightly sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve the dish warm. Mushrooms and tomatoes you can replace with steamed carrots, peas, beans and others.
