Stewed chicken with vegetables and wine

Ingredients
500 g chicken
60 g salo
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
2 cup (400 ml) white wine
300 g tomatoes
250 g mushrooms
2 tbsp potato flour
6 small onions
1 clove garlic
1 carrot
parsley
thyme
bay leaf
pepper
salt
Method
Onion, garlic, carrot and parsley finely chopped, fried together with the chopped salo. Add chicken cut into portions, fry and poured wine and water so that the chicken is covered. Add spices, salt and stew on low heat for about an hour. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, Stew until soft, pressed and added to the chicken with mushrooms, cut into quarters. Just before serving add potato flour mixed into 2 tablespoons water, then boil some more.
