Stewed in sailor

Ingredients
1.5 kg veal
3-4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter
4 large potatoes
4 onions
2-3 carrots
1 tbsp black peppercorns
750 ml beer
500 ml beef bouillon
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 bay leaves
salt
Method
The meat is trimmed of excess fat and skins and cut into cubes that are rolled lightly in flour. The oil and the butter in a frying pan getting hot and put the meat is fried, remove and drain. Peeled potatoes are cut into slices and arrange in a large deep pan, glass pan or stew, pre-greased with a little oil. Top distributes fried meat and coarsely chopped onions and carrots. Add salt lightly and sprinkle with black pepper. Pour over beer, hot broth and soy sauce and seasoned with crushed bay leaves. The dish is placed in a preheated moderate oven and bake for about 2 hours without cover with a lid. When the meat is tender and sauce thickens off. Serve hot with slices of crispy toast.
