Ingredients
2 boiled pork tongue or veal 1
1 carrot
1 small head of celery
1 onion
3-4 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1-2 flowered cloves
100 ml red wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp dry lovage

Method
Languages ​​Peel and cut into rings of half a centimeter thick. Onions is cleaned of scales and cut into very small pieces. Carrot and celery washed and cut into cubes. Tomatoes are peeled and grated. Take a deep pan, pour sunflower oil and sprinkle salt. Add onion and court put a stove included. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until the sauteed onions.
