Stuffed apples with raisins

Ingredients
4 large apples
100 g raisins
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup rum
4 cherry jam
2 oranges
50 g butter

Method
Apples are dug, filled with raisins and add 1 tbsp sugar. Arranged in a buttered baking dish with butter. Pour the juice of one orange. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 15 minutes. Remove, sprinkled with rum and come back in the oven for another 5 minutes. The other orange cut into slices and decorate apples. At the top of each pile a sweet cherry.

And look very delicious :)

Delicious became. I substituted sugar with 1 tablespoon honey. Oil miss it. Top pricked walnuts and some sunflower seeds.
