Stuffed peppers with minced meat on rice

# For the filling:
250 g minced meat
1 carrot
2-3 leaves of fresh cabbage
50 g rice
7 dried peppers
# For rice:
1 pm .ch. Rice
1-2 carrots
50 ml sunflower oil
salt or vegetable broth
Ronen savory, mint
# For the sauce:
1-2 eggs
2-3 tbsp yogurt
2-3 tbsp flour
150 ml water for each portion
salt or vegetable seasoning

Minced meat fry with a little water with carrot, leeks, chopped cabbage and cut too finely. Finally add washed rice and fry another 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Taste of salt and spices. rice is nice washed under running water and leave in a bowl of water to soak for at least 30 minutes. During this time, cut the carrots. Drain rice and carrots with fry in the oil, add 500 ml water, spices and pour into the pan in which you will bake peppers. On rice-filled peppers arranged and ready to bake in the preheated oven. In a small pan pour water, according to the number of portions multiplied by 150 ml (150 ml for each portion), add salt and vegetable seasoning, allow to boil. During this time break 1-2 eggs 2-3 tbsp yogurt and 2-3 tbsp flour. A smooth mixture is poured into downloaded from the heat of boiling salted water with continuous stirring. Returns on low heat for about a minute, stirring continuously.
