Stuffed peppers with Ropotamo mince and rice

5 peppers
1 onion
300 g Ropotamo
200 g minced meat
2 cup Rice
spices of your choice
dill and parsley
500 ml tomato sauce

Peppers are cleaned and washed. Fry onion with rice, add the minced meat and leave to simmer for a bit by putting some water. As rice is tender put ROPOTAMO nice spices and stir add the tomato sauce and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool a little and this mixture is stuffed peppers as the top of the pod is sealed with flour, the rest of the filling is placed in the pan pour a little water and put to bake in moderate oven until the acquisition of a golden color of the pod. * Ropotamo is preserved mix of peas, beans, carrots, tomatoes, pickles, peppers optional put and fish, but mine has no fish.
