Stuffed peppers with tomato

Ingredients
4 peppers
tomatoes 4
8 canned sardines
20 capers
garlic
salt
Method
Tomatoes are placed in a colander and immerse briefly in boiling water, then peel. Handles pods are cut, remove the seed part, rinsed and filled with tomatoes, sardines, capers, crushed garlic, a little sunflower oil from Canned fish, place again handles pepper and arrange in pots or in a baking dish. Top sprinkle a little sunflower oil from the can, put it in a hot oven and bake about 45 minutes. In peppers pour sunflower oil from the can and a little hot water. Serve very hot.
