Stuffed potatoes with peas and sausage

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 bunch parsley
100 g sausage
100 g peas
2 eggs
2 carrots
2 pickled cucumbers
50 g salo
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
mayonnaise
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut lengthwise. Boil the eggs and grate. Mix with chopped pickled cucumbers, peas and parsley. Sausage and carrots cut into cubes and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix with other products. Potatoes are dug and filled with stuffing. Arrange in a buttered baking dish and cover with a thin pieces salo. Pour a little water, enough to cover the bottom, covered with foil and bake in preheated oven. Finally, remove fthe oil and baked potatoes on top. Serve with mayonnaise flights.
