Stuffed veal cutlets

Ingredients
4 veal cutlets
100 g ham
120 g solid feta cheese
flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
20 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml), meat broth
salt
Method
Teleshkite cutlets are crushed and salting. On half of each schnitzel put a piece of ham and feta cheese slice 1 cm thick, with the second half covers the filling, so that the edges be stitched, then crushed with a wooden mallet. Schnitzel Oval flour and fry in sunflower oil for 15-20 minutes. At the end are added butter and diluted with broth. Serve with boiled potatoes or French fries and vegetable salad.
