4 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g feta cheese

Method
Courgettes cut into 2 lengthwise and blanched for 3 minutes in boiling water. Remove, cool and carve. Chopped onion fry in the oil, then add the inside of the zucchini - finely chopped. The mixture stew for 5 minutes. In a suitable container mix the feta cheese, dill, egg fried inside of courgettes and onions, and finally corn. Courgettes are filled with this mixture, arrange in a buttered pan, add 1 soil water and baked in the oven until golden.

This recipe is a great, great! I might omarzelivih least, not fill the courgettes and slice them and bake in the oven until slightly soft and then scatter the stuffing on top, or do light, very light sauce of eggs and yogurt, or just scatter cheese! Congratulations!
