Ingredients
          3-4 zucchini
          500 g minced meat
          1 head red onion
          1 carrot
          dill
          3-4 cloves garlic
          pepper, salt
          sunflower oil
          # For the sauce:
          sunflower oil
          2-3 tbsp flour
          2 yolks
          100 g yogurt

          Method
              Slice the courgettes of stumps. Carve them while leaving 1 cm bottom. Add salt them and leave them to stand for half an hour to take the salt. In the tray in which you will bake them pour sunflower oil and greased courgettes from all sides. Arrange them by opening up and bake in the oven until they start to get brown spots.   For the filling fry in sunflower oil onion and carrot, add hollowed interior of courgettes which are pre-cut. salted and drained. After evaporating the liquid and add the minced meat pork stew almost to full readiness.   Add the spices and stuffed grilled zucchini. Back in the oven for 10 minutes. Prepare the sauce as fry   flour in the oil, diluted with water to obtain the desired density and finally add the egg yolks beaten with yogurt. Very tasty dish-became great. Edinstvino changed baking-I baked them in the halogen oven.
