Stuffed Zucchini with tuna

2 zucchini (about 800 g)
1 onion
4 peeled canned tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2-3 sprigs of parsley
160 g canned tuna
1 egg
150 g cheese
olive oil, salt, white pepper

Wash the courgettes, cut lengthwise and spoon gouge and salted. Inner part is cut into small pieces and together with the onion (chopped), tomatoes, garlic cloves and sauté in a pan with two tbsp olive oil until the water has evaporated, stirring occasionally. Finished stuffing leave to cool and mix with chopped parsley and tuna. Fill the zucchini with this stuffing. Arrange on a tray with aluminum Greased foil, bake in preheated oven, with a little water for about 25 minutes. Beat egg with grated cheese. Put of the received mixture and bake for another 10 minutes

I tried tuna zucchini, and today I was wondering what to prigotvya..salata tuna or stuffed zucchini with something .. Your idea came to me as a gift to combine both. Will try and write :)

Polinna, and what is your feedback about this recipe? I do not want to try at least no one can say that it is well received ... Not so good cook, not counting more recipes and somewhat distrustful approach to innovative :) Is it worth?

zizinka, liked, well received. Not only put an egg zapekoh little more cheese. I think worth different depends on taste preferences :)
