Summer assorted vegetables

Ingredients
200 g broccoli
200 g carrots
100 g cookies peppers
100 g kohlrabi
1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
salt
pepper
fresh herbs
Method
Broccoli are divided into florets and wash well. Carrots are washed, cleaned and cut into rings. Chushletata also wash, remove stems and seeds and possibly can be cut in two. Alabashat is peeled and cut into sticks. All vegetables are put in glass with wine and kept topped 8 minutes at 600 W, stirring once or twice. Then vegetables drain well in a colander. From the oil, salt. pepper and chopped herbs prepared marinade and pour it with vegetables. * Vegetables can be flooded with a little melted butter instead of the marinade.
