Ingredients
500 ml clear vinegar (eg white balsamic)
1 Limei (lime, lime)
1-4 chilies
Method
Lime cut into cubes with sheet and Grind in a mortar. Peppers cleaned of seeds and stalks, added to lime and crushed. Pour vinegar. Stayed about a week and strain. Suitable for salads.
