Sweet cake with walnuts and sweet

Ingredients
90 g butter
200 g finely chopped walnuts
70 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
# For the dough:
14 g of dry yeast
100 g sugar
1 tsp salt
700 g flour
225 ml milk
2 eggs
180 g jam apricots or other
1 egg yolk

Method
30 g butter melt in a pan, add the walnuts and sugar. Mix and set aside. In a large bowl mix the yeast, sugar, 150 g sifted flour and salt. Milk is put on the stove, add the remaining butter and stir until melted. The temperature of the milk should not be more than 30 C. It is added to the dry mixture and stirred for about 2 minutes with a mixer. Add two eggs and stirred until a homogeneous mass. Gradually added to the mixture about 400-420 g of flour and knead dough. Sift the remaining flour on the table or in a suitable container and it doomesva dough. Should become elastic. When finished, was refluxed for 10-15 minutes. Then rolled into a rectangle 45h25 cm, dab with jam and dusted with the walnuts. Cut into strips 5 cm wide.
