With sweet corn

Ingredients
400 g yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3 cups flour
1 cup rosehip jam
1 cup canned corn
1 tsp baking soda
Method
Milk and sugar are broken. Add the oil, baking soda and flour. Mix. In a buttered and floured pan pour half of the mixture and bake. Once ready and cool, the base, without removing from the tray, smeared with jam and sprinkle with corn, pour the second half of the mixture. Bake again only the upper coils. Cut into pieces of desired shape and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
