Base: Eggs sugar and 1 tbsp hot water is broken 7-8 minutes. Flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder, mix and add to the egg mixture. Stir until a homogeneous mixture, pour into a baking dish (covered with baking paper) and smoothed. Bake in preheated 200 ° C oven until ready (check with a stick). Finished base turns on a kitchen towel and allow to cool completely. Then removed, and the base paper is cut into two equal parts. Cream: Soak gelatin in cold water. Starch was dissolved in a little milk. The remaining milk and sugar are heated. Under continuous stirring, add the starch and remove from heat. Gelatin is drained from the water and added to the milk. Stir to melt the gelatin, and allowed to cool completely. Yogurt, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice mix. Yogurt is added to the milk, mix well and put in refrigerator (thickening and gelling slightly). The cream is stirred in the snow and is mixed with the milk mixture. Put it in a refrigerator, a slight tightening cream. In a baking dish placed first base. On it and pour the cream is smoothed. Place the second base and press down gently. Cake freeze for 1-2 hours. Then carefully remove the cake ring shape. Optional cake pour chocolate icing and decorated with marzipan Cow. Cake refrigerate and serve cold.

has become very nice!Bravo :)

Emira, to ask - this crust crumbles when cut you, ie makes a lot of crumbs? The recipe I like, more so looking for something new at the time, after a few days I have occasion for cake and I rummaged for ideas.

Aliana, swamps should be baked longer, because it is dry and crumbly.Should be slightly moist.I bake the latter must separately because it is my easy. The cake was a gift (for children's birthday) so I did not cut and try. Resembled milchschnitte, but I have to try it to see if so:-)I think next time to replace starch in marshes with chocolate pudding, as reduced sugar and cocoa.

Thank you! Put it into the folder of May that it would be recent cake. And replace it with pudding should not reduce sugar you with pudding powder going to replace? There is no sugar.

I use pudding of others.Oetker.Here are all the puddings with sugar.Only in Turkish shops find sugar free pudding and it quite rare.

I did not know and I never imagined that sugar ... Good luck and write how it happened:-)

Immer, soil marshes now. Cocoa is natural, right? Plans to increase the dose by 1/3 in order to have 3 ponds. Will report :)

Yes Natural cocoa is. Good luck:-)
