Ingredients
barbecue beef - small ribs of a young animal, cleaned of excess fat or steaks
1 tsp salt
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup sunflower oil
2 cup ketchup
1 and 1/2 cup tomato ready spicy sauce or spicy chutney
4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
Boil for a little pre-ribs in a pressure cooker with a little salt. Chop the onion, add the pressed garlic and fry them until brown tan. Add all other ingredients for the sauce and bring to a boil, stirring. Barbecue sauce must simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat. Preheat greased barbecue and heating elements. All ribs brushed thoroughly with the resulting sauce and bake on both sides of the barbecue. Roasting takes about 20-30 minutes, and must be regularly paid to smear the sauce. * Similarly Texas barbecue is prepared with veal and beef steaks.
