Tomato soup canned

Ingredients
1 jar (800 g) ground or canned peeled tomatoes
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp red pepper
salt
100 g rice
pepper
savory
1 tbsp flour

Method
Heat is the oil, add the flour and fry until golden, then add the red pepper and immediately smashed tomatoes. Add 1 liter of water or more optional. Soup cook for about 10-15 minutes and wash the rice is added. Finally add pepper and savory. Serve hot with grated feta cheese. Optional can and a few croutons.
