Tortilla with chicken

Ingredients
125 g cornmeal
125 g flour
125 ml water
60 g butter
salt
# For the filling:
150 g minced meat chicken
100 g spicy sausage or fresh sausage
2 tsp chili Sauce
2 onions
1 green pepper
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 cup shredded cheese
Method
The corn and flour are mixed and ground into crumbs with the butter. Water was added and the salt was kneaded smooth dough. The dough is divided into 8 balls, each roll of thin pita, arranged in an oiled pan and bake about 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C. Prepare the stuffing. Chicken and sausage finely and fry in the oil over high heat until it evaporates juice them. Then add the chopped onion and pepper and sauce. Stew for another 3-4 minutes. The buns were smeared with tomato paste. Top distributes filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes in the oven. Serve hot.

So far two times I tried to tortiyya, but I did not bring them. Never grew. Or crushed or were very pasta. Must explicitly train: -) I put in favorites.

So I want and I do sometimes cake, but something did not seem my guts. Besides them look at the pictures ... very tasty look. But become not, will try again-whatever happens. Still sometimes happens :)

They became very good, more than 2 can not eat man
