Triguni of puff pastry - salted

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
1 egg
stuffing - ham, fried minced meat, feta cheese, fresh sausage
Bechamel sauce, mushroom sauce or other prepared sauce of your choice
Method
Dough roll of a rectangular sheet, which is divided into equal squares. Two of their countries are coated with beaten egg and in the middle they put stuffing. Then fold the squares of the triangle. The cut triguni baked in a moderate oven - 180-200 C. As cool pour sauce.
