Trout with butter and almonds

Ingredients
4 small trout
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
60 g butter
100 g peeled almonds
the juice of 1 lemon
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaning and dried trout rolled in flour, which is mixed with salt and pepper, shake off excess flour, place in a part of the butter, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, lemon juice and fry on both sides. Fried trout are transferred to warmed plates, top rank fried in butter almonds and pour the heated butter.
